Relectric.com offers a number of different payment methods.
Relectric.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, check,postal money order, and check cards or ATM cards, so long as they are connectedwith one of the major credit card companies listed above.
Our website utilizes the latest in e-Commerce security - 128-bit Secure SocketLayer (SSL) encryption. You can feel confident entering your entire creditcard number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.If you prefer, you may also pay by phone with a credit card.
Relectric.com does not currently support the Verified by Visa program.You can still use your Visa credit card as payment for an order, but youwon't be asked to enter your Verified by Visa password.
If you're paying with a Visa Check Card, please select Visa from thedrop-down menu on the order form. Similarly, if you're paying with a EuroCardor MasterMoney Card, select MasterCard.
It is not uncommon for a request for credit card authorization to fail onceor twice before the card is finally authorized. Since most orders we receiveare for expedited shipping, we will always either e-mail or call you if weexperience difficulties in authorizing your credit card.
If you wish to change billing information post-order, please contact usdirectly. Our order processing system is extremely efficient, and thus anorder placed even five minutes ago might already have been billing andprocessed. Should you need to change billing information it's best to callus directly at 800.497.6255.
We accept checks or money orders denominated in U.S. dollars as payment forall orders.
If you do choose to pay by check, you can send payment to our parent company,RESA Power, LLC, mailed to the address below once you have fully submittedyour order. Please be sure to write your e-mail address on the check or moneyorder so we may properly credit your account.RESA Power, LLC
Currently we are only able to accept postal money orders denominated in U.S.dollars or checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Checksmust also have a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code) MICR-encodedon the bottom of the check.
Paying by check does slow down your order somewhat, as we don't order youritems until your check is received, and we don't ship the items to you untilyour funds clear. It typically takes two to three weeks for us to receive andprocess checks or money orders sent within the U.S., and about one month toreceive and process international checks or money orders. We will send you ane-mail notification on the day that your payment is entered into your account.
Relectric.com does accept payment by purchase order. First, however, you mustapply for a credit account with our parent company, RESA Power, LLC.

Once your account is approved, you will be notified via phone and/or e-mail.Once the account is activated, you will be given the opportunity to enter apurchase order number in a field on the order form when you place your orderonline. Additionally, you may fax purchase orders to 800.504.0255.There is no need to mail a hard copy of your purchase order to RESA Power.
